We’ve gone through losing a parent so our hearts are going out to Camerion Diaz today. The actress who recently lost her father to cancer is taking a year off. Hell, Cam, take 2 or 3!
“I envision a full year off, just living life and having fun. It’s the best thing,” the Shrek star, 35, said in an interview with W magazine.
“It sounds so corny that I can’t believe I even just said that, but, you know, there comes a time when you really have to get to know who you are.
“I’ve just been figuring out what interests me and spending time with people who are important to me and being present in my own life.”
The actress decided to take the time before her father died, but we can tell you first hand Cam, that you really do grow and find yourself after a death.
