John Travolta Speaks Out About Son’s Tragic Death

John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston have just released this statement on the passing of their son Jett Travolta:
“We would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks to everyone who has sent their love and condolences. Jett was the most wonderful son that two parents could ever ask for and lit up the lives of everyone he encountered. We are heartbroken that our time with him was so brief. We will cherish the time we had with him for the rest of our lives. We have received many messages of condolence from around the world and we want to thank everyone for their prayers and support. It has meant so much to us. It is a beautiful reminder of the inherent goodness in the human spirit that gives us a hope for a brighter future.”

John Travolta’s son, died in his father’s arms this past week in the Bahamas from a seizure related to Kawasaki disease.
Travolta’s lawyer who is in the Bahamas with the Travolta family stated that:
“Jett may have still been alive when John administered CPR, and then the EMT took over. Jett was pronounced dead at the hospital. I like to believe John had a chance to say goodbye. He may have died in his dad’s arms. I am not certain…”
As the weekend progressed we stayed on top of the story and more details continue to surface shrouding the mysterious death with questions no one can answer yet.
The NASSAU, Bahamas (AP) is reporting that:
The Bahamas will use two pathologists to ensure a careful autopsy on John Travolta’s son, who died at the actor’s vacation home in Grand Bahama, the territory’s health minister said Saturday.
Dr. Hubert Minnis told The Associated Press that he decided to use a second specialist to guarantee a thorough assessment of what might have caused Jett Travolta’s death.The 16-year-old was found collapsed in a bathroom on Friday after having a seizure and hitting his head on the bathtub, said a police officer who declined to be named because she was not authorized to speak on the matter

We ended our trip to Portland with an unusal excursion down to OSU to witness their new coach, Craig Robinson in action. Michelle Obama’s brother is in his first year as a coach, but has already taken the team to 5 victories. Apparently “Yes we can” runs in the family.
Craig’s one angry beaver, and we don’t mean of the vagina sort. His screaming could be heard all the way from our orange chairs on the other side of the stadium. Although nothing was better than seeing the University Of Spoiled Children lose 62 to 58.
It was the first time we ever enjoyed a sporting event in our lives besides Greco-roman wrestling, figure skating, and diving. Go Beavs!
