Lindsay Lohan Sued by Boutique

Don’t leave your purse open around this one… or boyfriend… or girlfriend. Lindsay Lohan continues to defy the laws of dignity and manages to be accused of stealing yet again.

Lindsay Lohan concocted a diabolical, fraudulent plan to defraud an L.A. boutique out of thousands of dollars … according to a lawsuit that will be filed today.

Tough as Nails, a boutique that sells expensive clothes, jewelry, and accessories — claims Lindsay shopped at the store between November, 2009 and February, 2010.

According to the suit, Lindsay racked up a bill of $17,060.83 and convinced the owners her business manager would play the bill. But much to the chagrin of the owners, Lindsay’s business manager paid a grand total of $180.

The owners say Lindsay committed premeditated fraud and are seeking the balance — $16,880.63 — plus interest and punitive damages.

Is there ever a day that this mess of a girl isn’t involved in some scandal. Pay your bills girl. It’s tacky.

Vienna to The Bachelor Jake: You’re a liar and a fame whore”

Meeoow! This is getting even nastier. I knew nothing good could come from that Floridian floozy, Vienna Girardi that landed the man meat pie prize at the end of her season. She is slashing her claws at her former fiance, The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka. He’s gorgeous, hunky… he is also apparently a liar and fame whore:

The former Bachelor duo, who had avoided contact since their breakup, reunited for the cameras in an interview with host Chris Harrison set to air July 5 on ABC. It did not go well.

“Vienna calls Jake ‘a liar’ and ‘a fame whore’,” an ABC press release says. “Jake feels Vienna always undermines him and tears him down. They face off about who broke up with whom. Vienna defends herself against allegations of infidelity.” Vienna “bursts into tears and storms out, ending the interview.”

We are on Team Jake. She is clearly jealous of how pretty he is.

The Newest ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ Trailer”

Here is the most recent trailer just released for the final chapter in the Harry Potter sage. “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”, is the last book in the Harry Potter magical menagerie. For our viewing pleasure and to stretch that studio dollar, the book has been sliced in to two separate flicks.

The first arrives via broomstick in theathers on November 19. The second half is set to be released in July 15, of next year… 2011. Get your nerd on!
