Remember sweet little Katharine McPhee from season 5 of American Idol? I sorta do. Anyway, rumor has it that she was struggling with some serious eating/weight issues. Can you say bulimia…I think she looks only a little hungry in bikini on the cover of the February 2010 issue of Shape magazine. I have not decided yet on the short blonde hair.
On her bulimia:
“The more I focused on my weight, the worse my bulimia got. Now I’m more easygoing. I stopped fighting myself and became more forgiving of my body. Ironically, the weight came off naturally through exercise but no dieting.”
