One of our best girlfriends Lori, is more than just an LA “10″ (look at that skin), she’s also the events director/master of ceremonies of the new Hollywood steakhouse, STK, and quickly becoming the talk of the town.

It’s all about getting the seen-to-be-seen crowd in the restaurant world, and STK is overflowing with A-listers.

Last Saturday, stars like DAVID & POSH BECKHAM , attended her very private, birthday party in STK’s cabana room (we were honored to be there, they’re even hotter in person), but she tells The Insider that’s an everyday thing for her and STK:

“It’s not uncommon to be sitting at a table and the table to your right, as well as the table to your left have celebrities sitting at them,” she says. “So they feel very comfortable here.”

Lori says A-list diners love the jumbo lump crab salad, made with green melon and avocado, and the shrimp rice crispies, a trifecta of shrimp with tiger prawns, bisque and shrimp crispies. Of course, the main attraction are the steaks, which come in sizes from dainty to decadent.

“We differ from other places in that we’ve got small, medium and large steaks. So for the ladies that are hungry for a steak but don’t want to feel too full, we’ve got you covered.”

STK’s “not your daddy’s steakhouse” and brings a new vibe to the laid back California celebrities. Just remember to call way in advance because this restaurant is booked for weeks. It wouldn’t be a Hollywood hive if everyone could get in.
