Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” debuted to a decisive first-place finish at the box office. Lovers of cinema both stateside and abroad put their stamps of approval all over the 3-D Disney film, which earned a domestic total of $116.3 million and a foreign gross of $94 million, for a worldwide tally of $210.3 million.

Did we expect anything else from this over promoted phenomena? I mean can you believe they bought out the entire front cover of the LA Times. That is self promotion at a level worthy of Tila Tequila.

I know the majority of the population thinks that Johnny Depp is the hot one between the couple of him and his wife, Vanessa Paradis. Let’s all hope the children grow up to be a gorgeous as their mother and get their talent from daddy Depp. Here is mommy Depp doing her best sad pretty girl look for the upcoming cover of ELLE France.

It’s a nerd’s wet dream come true! The Penguin and The Riddler as Batman’s new enemies in the next film!

The rumor mill is turning with news that the producers of Batman want Jonny Depp in the next film as The Riddler. Well…how does that make Jim Carey feel?

“(Producers) are convinced that the role of the Riddler is perfect for Depp. Johnny’s a pro. He’ll be able to take direction from director Chris Nolan and still make the character his own.-SOURCE

The part of The Penguin was played impeccable by Danny Devito in Batman Returns, but studio bosses want more than height and fish eating for the next film.

“And what better Penguin is there than Philip Seymour Hoffman.”
