Rumer Willis’ new tattoo and fire hair wouldn’t seem like they work with that dress, but she pulled everything off for the Teen Vogue party at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Her new tat reads; Be present. Which is what the press and Hollywood actually started to do with Rumer.

Her movie, The House Bunny, did so well at the box office that people stopped ridiculing her pictures and started listening to her words.

Here’s what she says about her mother dating her teen heartthrob Ashton Kutcher:

I remember mum saying her new “friend” was going to hang out with us. I said: ‘What’s his name?’

‘And she goes: “Ashton”. And I said, ‘Whoa – Ashton Kutcher?’ I freaked out a bit and blushed.
