Elijah Wood puffs it up all pseudo sexy for the cover of Corduroy magazine. I know, I have never heard of the magazine either… and yes, I think he looks pretty hot. They say of the elf boy:

I think they are trying to say he looks and acts like a tiny freak. Am I wrong?
