Unfortunately, Paris and Nicky will never be able to attend the Fox Reality Really Awards….again.
This morning, the day after their annual Really Awards Show, David Lyle, told his entire staff that the network would be no more. What a buzz kill, David, those (less than 20) staffers are still drunk from last night! It’s a tell tale warning sign something’s wrong when you’re at a network with less than 20 people working there. Although the channel had original programming, and reached 50 million homes, it never seemed to find to it’s market and after four years Fox has pulled the plug.
Fox Reality was one of the first networks we worked with closely after the Amazing Race 7, which turned into a two year relationship, so today’s a sad day for us too. We learned how to hone our bitchy commentary on the Reality Remix couch beside Kennedy and now the whole network’s gone. Well ever since they got rid of Kennedy and us the network’s really gone downhill.
Let’s all take a moment to remember their/my work with this clip of Lynn in drag as Kristy Swanson from Stars On Ice. That ill fated reality show that helped make us look like fools for a small deep cable paycheck. Good times guys.
Good times.
The Fox Reality Channel will stop broadcasting next spring, on March 31.
