If I was an actor seeing this trailer, I’d probably crap myself because this proves that human actors are a dying breed! It took years to make this movie but they cut cost on the living crew and by default craft services. I think I saw two living beings in this. What’s your count? Is James Cameron’s CGI masterpiece too artificial to touch an audience?
Steven Speilberg has predicted it will be the biggest 3d action film ever, with tickets already on sale for December, but then again Steven also thought we’d like AI: Artificial Intelligence
The film is set in the future, and most of the action takes place on a mythical planet, Pandora. The actors work in an empty studio; Pandora’s lush jungle-aquatic environment is computer-generated in New Zealand by Jackson’s special-effects company, Weta Digital, and added later.
