Sean Connery passed on both The Matrix and The Lord of the Rings. (and I'm definitely NOT comparing Lilo to Sir Sean!) The fact is: nobody knows nothing in Hollywood, especially about what will be a hit movie. The Hangover went through TONS of development over several years before it became a film, with at least 3 screenwriters and as many scripts. And ultimately, who's to say if Lilo's Hangover would be the same hit that Heather Graham's Hangover is? (Not me, but that's because I've had a hard-on for HG for 20 years!)
