Rumor has it that Lindsay Lohan ran into one of her ex lesbian love interests this weekend at Crown Bar here in Hollywood. Who’s the ex? None other than Hollywood party tramp and heiress to the Yahoo! fortune, Courtenay Semel. You think that Lindsay is horny for press… meet Courtenay. Even the way she spells her name is annoying.
It was Brittny Gastineau’s birthday and Lindsay ran into Courtenaaaaaaay in the bathroom (powdering their noses I’m assuming) at the nightclub. Blah, blah, blah, no one is sure what was said. It ended with Lindsay running out of the bathroom in tears then leaving the club soon after she managed to try and pull herself together.

These girls love drama… and we love that they do. When they dated back in ’07, when Lohan was a brunette, it was reported that Courtenay was desperate to get Lindsay in treatment. It’s suspected that Lohan’s addiction this time around the crazy train is prescription pills… they can’t be illegal, their prescribed.
