Solange used to joke she was “going to pull a Britney and shave her head” if people didn’t stop associating her unique sound with her sister’s sellable sound.
‘I have to have fun with it or I’ll turn into Britney – shave my head and go totally crazy.’
It’s drastic, it’s fugly, but at least it’s effective.
